1. Use of the Site This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

2. Products & Pricing All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Veluno reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Veluno reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely via PayFast.

4. Delivery Delivery is available within South Africa only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Veluno is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Veluno and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Veluno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
